We coordinate with your chosen vendors such as timeline, ceremony planning, production schedule and coordinating transportation from the hotel to the venue.We make sure that logistic are taken off your plate. We will walk through your vision to come to life.
On the day of your wedding, we will be from the beginning to end. Oversee the set up to make sure the entire day runs is perfectly. We make sure you relax and enjoy your day with your family and closest friends on your special day. We will make sure every moment is magical.

We create timeline for you that works with your vendor to make sure your day is flawless and stress-free. And also if you are missing a vendor, we recommend a great fit that will lead you to your magical day.

About Me
Creating Memories
My name is Joy Cobias, a professional Wedding Event Coordinator with expertise in wedding planning. I spent my six years as Bridal Attendant at Edgewood Country Club as seen on The Knot reviews. I have my Hospitality Experienced at Alpine Country Club in New Jersey, Frenchman's Creek and Ocean Club in Florida. I have live and spent my years in New Jersey. Later on, I created Events by Joy Cobias which offered planning & Coordination services to a busy wedding parties for the events leading up to a wedding day. After working for several years, I have numerous request from Clients, their families and friends to work as a Personal Bridal Attendant and Day-of-Coordinator on the wedding day. I realized that there is a need for a straight-forward coordination services for the Day Of Wedding & events… without the bells, whistles and higher costs of traditional Full Service Planning. And so, I decided to Launch Events by Joy Cobias.
My Mission is to do all to help your Wedding Day be everything you dreamed of!
